Shipping - Free with orders over £10!
Shipping has a flat rate of £2.50 for orders under £10.
We will send your order as soon as possible by 1st Class Recorded Delivery, they usually arrive in 1-2 working days, (order before 4pm, and it should be there the next day).
International orders may take a little longer, but are usually received in under 14 working days.
All items are safely packaged in quality bubble-wrap, and sent in Mail Lite Plus padded envelopes, to ensure you get your order in one piece.
Returns
We try our hardest to send out correct orders, and to date we have never had one sent back or a problem with any order. We're only human, so just incase there is a mix-up...
On receipt of your order, please take a look at the jewellery... Is it what you ordered?!
Due to the nature of the goods we supply we can only accept returned goods if they are unused and are in the original packaging - i.e. unopened, still inside the sealed bags.
If on receipt of the goods you do not wish to keep them you must inform us within 8 working days and return the goods within 21 days at your own expense.
You must also ensure that the goods are properly insured as you are responsible for them while in transit.
On returning the goods you will be refunded the full amount of your order and if the goods are faulty we will be happy to refund the postage of returning them to us.
If you decide you do not want the goods or they are not what you ordered, you must not use them and you must keep them in their original packaging until you return them.
If any of the goods delivered are not what you ordered you must notify us by email (see our Contact page) within 48 hours of delivery and we will then correct the mistake and refund any postage cost incurred by you returning the incorrect items.
